Get ready for the season with four days of skill development, competition, and game play designed to help players get back into hockey shape before team practices begin.
Throughout the week, players will work on skating, puck control, shooting, battle drills, and competitive game situations. Each day will provide plenty of repetitions in a fast-paced environment that keeps players moving, engaged, and competing.
Off-Ice Training: 9:00–10:15 AM
On-Ice Training: 10:45 AM–12:15 PM
Small-Area Games: 12:30–1:30 PM
On-Ice Training: 9:00–10:30 AM
Off-Ice Training: 11:00 AM–12:15 PM
Small-Area Games: 12:30–1:30 PM
Each day will finish with a full hour of small-area games, giving players a chance to compete, be creative with the puck, and put the day’s work into action.
The smaller playing area keeps the pace high and creates more puck touches, quick decisions, battles, and scoring opportunities.
